Coach a Fighter Reroll Strategy

Six Legend Rerolls is your whole starting budget. Here is when to spend them.

Updated

Count your budget first

Codes give you 20 Real Rerolls and 6 Legend Rerolls. That is the entire free-player pull budget until league matches start paying reroll points.

Six Legend pulls with unpublished odds is not many. Treating them as a resource to hold rather than a button to press is the single highest-value habit in the early game.

A Legend Reroll is not a guarantee

It weights the pull toward the Legend tier. It does not promise one. Any guide implying otherwise is repeating a claim nobody has verified.

The signing screen does show an odds panel in-game. Two creators have read different numbers off it and neither reading has been reproduced, so we are not printing a percentage until we can screenshot it ourselves.

The spend order that actually works

The constraint is not pulls, it is finishing what you pull. Every card needs training blocks, a gym slot and matches in between — so a pull you cannot train is a pull wasted.

  • Redeem both codes before touching the signing screen.
  • Use Free Rerolls to learn the screen and fill the bench. They cost nothing.
  • Spend Real Rerolls early and freely — the orange tier is what gets you two fighters to 70+ OVR, which is what unlocks league two.
  • Hold Legend Rerolls until you have a Gym Expansion and at least two fighters cycling. By then league payouts are topping your Legend Reroll Points back up.
  • Check the Money Shop's rotating slot before spending a Legend Reroll — if the Legend you want is buyable for cash, the reroll is better saved.

Your Legend budget is not fixed — it is a rate

Six Legend Rerolls from codes feels like the whole budget, and early on it is. But matches pay Legend Reroll Points, and ten LRP converts into three more Legend Rerolls.

Bronze pays +1 LRP a match, so ten fights for three pulls. The fourth league pays +10 LRP — three pulls per fight. Once you understand that, hoarding stops being about scarcity and starts being about timing: spend when your income rate is high and your gym can finish what you pull.

Depth beats a carry

Every gate in this game is a roster gate. Leagues need averages across two, three, then four fighters. Boss challenges are reported to run on a per-fighter daily cooldown, which would make a deep bench a throughput multiplier there too.

So the strategic case for hoarding Legend Rerolls is not just variance management — it is that a single elite card solves fewer problems in this game than in most collection games.
